Kayla Eads returned to the Missouri State women’s basketball staff as the director of operations and creative content in May 2026. She previously served as a graduate assistant for the Lady Bears from 2023-25.

Before making her way back to Springfield, Eads served as a marketing and estimating assistant at Airco Service Company & Sister Companies after graduating from Missouri State.

As a student at Missouri State, Eads worked as a graduate assistant for the women’s basketball team. In that role, she helped create and manage content across the team’s social media channels, organized team events, coordinated recruiting visits and oversaw logistics for all away games. She also gained experience during her time in Springfield as a game-day promotions intern for Mo State and a game-day ambassador for the Springfield Cardinals.
