Background: A two-year high school starter, Daniels averaged 17.0 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.4 steals per game as a senior…Named the Continental League Player of the Year and earned first-team all-conference, all-state and academic all-state honors…Spent her junior season at Ridgeview High School in Redmond, Oregon where she helped lead her team to an Intermountain Conference championship with a 9-1 record and a third-place finish in the state tournament…Averaged 25.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 3.0 steals per game in the state tournament, earning first-team all-tournament honors… Spent her freshman and sophomore seasons in Australia, where her father, David, coached the Lakeside Lightning of the NBL1 semi-professional basketball league.
