2018: Started all 11 games at quarterback as a junior and served as a 2018 co-captain ... Threw for 2,113 yards to finish 6th on MSU single-season list and ranked 46th nationally in passing yards and passing yards per game (192.1) ... Also ranked 35th among all NCAA FCS players in yards per completion (12.81) and 39th in total offense (225.4) ... Averaged 15.0 completions per contest ... His season pass attempts (322) and completions (165) ranked 4th and 7th, respectively, on the MSU season list ... Garden City CC: Coming off a notable freshman season at Garden City (Kan.) Community College, which he led coach Jeffrey Sims’ club to the 2016 NJCAA national championship with a perfect 11-0 campaign ... Passed for 1,140 yards and 12 touchdowns while throwing just one interception to earn honorable mention All-KJCAA recognition ... Also garnered offensive MVP honors in the NJCAA title game after accounting for over 300 yards of offense.

High School: Had a standout prep career at Andover (Kan.) Central High School ... Picked all-state recognition in each of his final two seasons for coach Tom Audley, passing for nearly 4,300 yards and 56 touchdowns in his career and leading the Jags to a state runner-up finish as a senior ...
