Katherine Michele Rubel was born on November 2, 2007, in Cape Girardeau, Mo.…Daughter of Matt and Michele Rubel…Has three sisters, Lexi, Tori and Brie…Lexi played three seasons at UT Martin and one season at Columbia College, while Tori played one season at UT Martin and three seasons at Columbia College…Sister Brie is also a member of the Missouri State beach volleyball team…Plans to pursue a degree in exercise science.
