Missouri State competed in the MIAA from 1921-1981 and was a member of the Mid-Continent Conference from 1981-1982. Missouri State was at the NCAA Division II level until 1983 when it became a charter in the Mid-Continent Conference. The Bears did not compete at any NCAA Indoor meet.
