Athletic Director’s Honor Roll (Fall 2020, Spring 2021).
2021
• Played 15 matches as a sophomore, posting a 6-9 record with Brooke Plessner
• Swept season-opening matches against Ottawa while also recording wins against Ottawa, Houston Baptist and New Orleans
• Tied for eight as the best single season record in program history at 6-9
Background
• Played four indoor seasons at Central Connecticut State in New Britain, Conn.
• Started 73 of her 75 career matches in four seasons at CCSU, playing outside, middle and opposite hitter and averaging at least 0.77 blocks per set each year
• Second-team all-Northeast Conference pick as a junior after leading the NEC and ranking 37th nationally with 1.27 blocks per set and was twice the league’s defensive player of the week that season
• Finished her career with 320 kills and 239 blocks in 239 sets, and helped the Blue Devils to NEC Tournament championship matches in 2017 and 2019
• Won three Bulgarian national championships with her junior team prior to her college career
