Ranked as the No. 76 player on the JucoRecruiting.com website for the class of 2018 ... Played two seasons for coach Tra Arnold’s squad at Odessa (Texas) College ... Was second on the team as a sophomore with 15.0 points per game and also averaged 5.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists while converting 78.9 percent of his team-high 147 free throw attempts in 2017-18 ... Also knocked down 33 3-pointers for a 28-5 Wranglers team as a sophomore ... Also posted 13.3 points per game in conference games in 2017-18 as part of Odessa’s 15-1 run to a league regular-season title ... During his freshman campaign at Odessa, Cook played in 31 games for a 28-6 squad and averaged 4.7 points and 1.8 rebounds off the bench while converting 75 percent of his free throw attempts and 52 percent of his field goals ... Averaged 10.0 points and 3.7 rebounds per game for his junior college career.

Cook was an all-conference and second-team all-metro selection his senior season for coach Darnell Dantzler at Edmondson-Westside High in Baltimore ...
