June 10, 2026 | Men's Basketball
SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State men's basketball head coach Cuonzo Martin announced today the addition of 6-foot-4 guard Dylan Rowe to the Bears roster for the upcoming 2026-27 season.Â
Rowe, a transfer from Jones College in Ellisville, Miss., is the second in a series of upcoming player announcements for Martin's squad.
"Dylan possesses the athleticism to make plays, the skill to create opportunities, and the energy to inspire those around him," said Martin. "What separates him is his competitive spirit and the joy he brings to the game. His contagious enthusiasm makes him the type of player who elevates a program and impacts winning every day."
Rowe averaged 16.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists while shooting 51.3 percent from the field and 75.9 percent from the line as a freshman in 2025-26. He helped coach Newton Mealer's Bobcats at Jones College finish 24-10 and advance to the NJCAA national tournament in Hutchinson, Kan.Â
He prepped for coach Ben Gardner at Madison (Miss.) Central High where he averaged 16.2 points, 8.3 assists, 5.2 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game as a senior (2024-25) for the 7A program. In his final high school campaign, Rowe led the Jaguars to a 23-12 record and state runner-up finish while earning first-team all-state and Clarion Ledger Dandy Dozen accolades. During his junior season, he averaged 16.8 points, 6.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.7 steals to guide Madison Central to a 22-12 record and state quarterfinal finish. He was also a Jackson All-Metro second-team selection as a junior. In his sophomore season, he logged 14.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.1 steals for an 18-14 club.
