SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State's Cheer and Sugar Bears Dance teams will host a youth spirit clinic on Sept. 27 where attendees will have the opportunity to chants, dance moves, and beginner stunting skills from current MoState spirit squad members.
The clinic portion of the day begins at 1 p.m. and will finish with participants being a part of the Bear Walk parade through BearFest Village (approximately 3:45 p.m.)! Enjoy BearFest Village with friends and family before the football Bears kick off against Western Kentucky at 6 p.m. where your child will get to perform during the first half!

Who: Kindergarten through 6
th grade children
When: Saturday, September 27, 1:00 p.m. clinic start, 6 p.m. kickoff
Where: Clinic begins at Hammons Student Center West Court (enter near Sand Volleyball Courts). Clinic will end with Bear Walk in BearFest Village Tailgating (near Carrington). Performance during game will be in Robert W. Plaster Football Stadium.
What to wear: Black shirt and bottoms (the game is a blackout theme!) and tennis shoes.
What to bring: Signed
medical release form.
Participant fee: $60 (includes clinic fee, game ticket, t-shirt, and snack)
Additional tickets: $20 each (admission to Bears vs. Western Kentucky football game/lower level seats)
Register by Friday, Sept. 19 for guaranteed T-shirt size.
