OZARK, Mo. -- Senior
Christian Rischer is in contention for the individual title and the Missouri State men's golf team is fourth in the team standings after Monday's (Oct. 27) 36 holes at the Missouri State Intercollegiate at Millwood Golf & Racquet Club.
Rischer fired 70-68--138, four-under-par, and is tied for second place entering Tuesday's final round, which is scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. He trails leader Francisco Gavilian of Lindenwood by four shots.
The Bears posted 289-288--577 and trail leader Lindenwood (565) by 12 strokes. Bradley is second at 567, UNI third with 573, then the Bears are fourth, followed by Arkansas-Pine Bluff (591), Evangel (595), Tennessee State (596) and Evangel "B" (615).
Senior
Tim Holmberg is second for MSU and 12th overall after carding 70-74--144, while sophomore
Andrew Fallis shot 74-73--147 and is tied for 16th. Junior
Owen Swearingen tallied 77-73--150 and is tied for 27th, with freshman
Noah Naugle in 31st after shooting 75-77--152.

Pedro Gallegos led a trio of Bears playing as individuals, posting 75-72--147, with
Max Bowman checking in with 74-75--149 and
Jonathan Jordan with 77-76--153.
