A native of Little Rock, Ark., Robinson played basketball at Parkview High School. She earned 5A Central all-state and all-conference honors in her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons. As a junior, Robinson averaged 15.0 points and 7.0 rebounds for Parkview, and she helped lead the Patriots to state titles in 2021 and 2022.
Cunningham on Robinson:
"We are thrilled with the addition of Tyra to our Lady Bear family. She will bring an inside presence, physicality and a skill set to our interior game. With three years of eligibility remaining, I am extremely excited about her high ceiling and her potential to really grow and develop in our program. We couldn't be more excited to get her on campus in two weeks!"
