MVFC Announces 2021 Academic Honor Roll

ST. LOUIS – A total of 18 current and former Missouri State football student-athletes were honored Wednesday as part of the 2021 Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll, as announced by the league office.Â
Five grid Bears were also announced as part of the league's Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award, which requires a minimum grade-point average of 3.2 for the previous two semesters. Freshmen are not eligible. Missouri State's honorees were: Mike Fangman, Grant Goodson, Jose Pizano, Isaac Smith, and Bryant Ulrich.
The Missouri Valley Football Conference Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who have recorded a minimum 3.0 grade point average for the Fall 2021 semester. These individuals must have been a member of the football team, and must have a minimum of 12 hours of enrollment during the fall.Â
Missouri State's members of the MVFC Honor Roll for 2021 are: Ethan Barnett, Remy Bilodeau, Caden Bolz, Jahod Booker, Carson Buddemeyer, Grant Burkett, Gary Clinton, Kendrick Davis, Mike Fangman, Grant Goodson, Spencer Grosz, Brett Harris, Dimitri Moore, Jose Pizano, Isaac Smith, Javian Smith, Bryant Ulrich, and Steven Ward.
More than 700 student-athletes from around the 11-team league earned MVFC Honor Roll recognition.
