SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State Director of Athletics Kyle Moats and his staff have announced a number of upcoming basketball ticket specials to usher in the holidays and the upcoming start of Missouri Valley Conference play.

Just in time for the holidays, MSU has announced the following mini season ticket plans available starting Monday, December 16 as a perfect gift for the Bears and Lady Bears fans in any family:

Bears MVC Pick 6 Mini Plan

• 3 games in the lower level, 3 games in the upper level
• Fans hand pick which remaining men's basketball home games they want to attend
• Total cost per seat is $84 for six games ($14 per game)

Lady Bears BearUp 4 Pack Mini Plan

• 4 games in the lower level for any section except B, C or L
• Fans hand pick which remaining women's basketball home games they want to attend
• Total cost per seat is $28 for four games ($7 per game)

The promotions continue in early January with game-specific specials for the Lady Bears game on Jan. 10 and the Bears game on Jan. 11.

Lady Bears Game vs. Drake (Jan. 10)

• $4 Adult tickets in all sections except B, C, or L
• All kids free
• $1 hot dogs and Coca-Cola products
• Free glow sticks for first 500 fans
• Neon Night – wear your favorite neon color

Bears Game vs. UNI (Jan. 11)

• $5 Adult tickets for bleachers and all upper-level sections
• All kids free
• $1 hot dogs and Coca-Cola products
• Share the Bear to support the Springfield Police Department, sponsored by Old Missouri Bank
• Future Bears kids club day

Finally, with the Lady Bears (1 p.m.) and Bears (4 p.m.) hosting a rare doubleheader at JQH Arena on Tuesday, Dec. 31, the following specials will be honored:

• $5 bleacher seats for both games
• Maroon and White pom poms and New Year's glasses giveaway
• Men's ticket holders may come early and attend the women's game at no additional cost (in unoccupied seats only)
• Women's ticket holders may stay and attend the men's game at no additional cost (in all upper-level sections)
