Gimmy remains consistent in regular season finale
The Missouri State women's golf team posted their best scores in round three of the Dale McNamara Invitational with three Bears individually doing their best of the tournament. Host Tulsa (881) finished first in the 9-team field and outshot day one leader New Mexico State (886) by five to grab the lead in round three. The Bears put up a valiant effort on day two but could not overcome their day one scores and finished five points behind eighth place Cincinatti (936).

Verena Gimmy remained the most consistent Bear, shooting 74-76-79--229 to tie for 22nd and lead the team all three rounds.
Rachel Johnson's four-over-par round three moved her up to 33rd with an individual total of 77-83-74--234.
Ashley Childers and
Ryan Pate tied for 45th with 84-83-75--242 and 85-81-76--242 respectively. Senior
Lindsey Eisenreich shot 84-78-83--245 over the two days.

The Bears compete in the MVC Championships Sunday, April 16- Tuesday, April 18 at the Dalhousie Golf Club in Cape Girardeau, Mo. hosted by Southern Illinois University.
