Banquet Reservation Form

SPRINGFIELD -- The Missouri State University men's basketball team will host its annual year-end banquet on Sunday, April 10 at 6 p.m. The event will be hosted by University Plaza (333 John Q. Hammons Parkway) in Springfield.

Banquet tickets are available by contacting Terrie Coulter in the MSU basketball office at (417) 836-4136. Individual tickets are $25, while table reservations for groups of 10 can be reserved in advance for $200.

This year's banquet will feature player awards, a tribute to the team's seniors, a season review by head coach Paul Lusk and video highlights of the 2015-16 season.

Reservations are required by April 6. Payment will be accepted up to the day of the banquet by check or credit card.
