Banquet Reservation Form

SPRINGFIELD -- The Missouri State University men's basketball team will host its annual year-end banquet on Sunday, March 30 at 5 p.m. The event will be hosted by the DoubleTree by Hilton (2431 N. Glenstone Ave.) in Springfield.

Banquet tickets are available by contacting Cody Seidel in the MSU basketball office at (417) 836-5250. Individual tickets are $30, while table reservations for groups of eight can be reserved in advance for $225.

This year's banquet will feature year-end player awards, a tribute to the team's seniors, a season review by head coach Paul Lusk and the premier of the Bears' 2013-14 season highlight video.

Reservations are required by March 25. Payment will be accepted up to the day of the banquet by check or credit card.
