SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Season tickets for Missouri State's 27-game 2013 home baseball schedule are now on sale through the MSU Athletics Box Office.
The Bears, who will open the home portion of their 2013 schedule March 1 against Northwestern State, are coming off a 40-22 season and their first NCAA Regional appearance in nine years last spring. Entering his 31st year at the helm of the MSU baseball program, head coach Keith Guttin will welcome back 19 letterwinners from last year's squad, including 2012 Louisville Slugger National Player of the Year Nick Petree, MSU A.E. "Ted" Willis MVP Keenen Maddox and two-time All-MVC selection Luke Voit.
Season ticket packages for lower-level reserved chairback seats are available for $100 to the general public, $50 for Missouri State faculty and staff and $20 for students. Students must show a valid and current student ID along with a student ticket to gain entry to Hammons Field.
Additionally, Missouri State is offering free season-long admission for up to two children (ages 12 and under) with the purchase of two 2013 season tickets.
Bears' single-game tickets, which will go on sale February 1, are priced at $5 for the general public, $2.50 for Missouri State faculty and staff, $2 for students and $4 per person for groups of 20 or more for the 2013 season. All children ages 12 and under will require a $2 ticket for admission.
