SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Fresh off of a 24-win season and their second consecutive postseason appearance, the Missouri State Lady Bears will take time to celebrate the 2010-11 season with their annual postseason awards ceremony Sunday, May 1, at JQH Arena.

The event will feature a 2 p.m., dessert reception in the PRIME Overtime Club, as well as the presentation of season awards and highlights in a 2:30 ceremony in JQH Arena.

The Lady Bears of fourth-year head coach Nyla Milleson posted their best win total in six years, compiling a 24-11 record en route to second-place Missouri Valley Conference regular-season and tournament finishes and a second straight Women's National Invitation Tournament appearance.
