Missouri State University has announced a series of men's and women's basketball ticket advancements for the remainder of the 2009-10 season, including special pricing for Wednesday's Bears game against rival Wichita State.
Wednesday's game will feature the return of $7 upper-level tickets in non-assessment sections and $10 tickets for the lower-level bleacher-back seats. The season-long promotion of free admission for children 12 and under for all Monday through Thursday games will also be honored for the Wichita State game.
In addition, upper-level tickets for remaining Bears and Lady Bears home games will be reduced to $10 for men's games and $7 for women's games in seven sections -- GG, HH, II, JJ, OO, PP, and QQ.
"Our fan base and fan support continue to increase, and we are always looking for ways to make Missouri State basketball the best experience possible," said MSU Director of Athletics Kyle Moats. "With our conference ticket plan, family ticket plan, and these new ticket promotions, there are a number of new opportunities for our fans to enjoy the atmosphere at JQH Arena. Likewise, we hope people take advantage of the various advance ticket options available to them to enhance their enjoyment of game day at JQH Arena when they arrive."
For fans with tickets already in hand, JQH Arena now features a new entry gate in the northwest corner of the facility. Both the new entry and the primary entry plaza gates open one hour prior to tipoff for all home games. The Chevy Pickup Window at the JQH Arena Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and opens at 10 a.m. on game days.
To further facilitate game day ticket sales, the will call and player will call locations will be moved to the Advance Ticket Windows, opening all six primary windows for walk-up sales. However, advance sales are strongly encouraged, either by phone at (417) 836-7678, on-line at www.MissouriStateTix.com, or in person during regular business hours at the Chevy Pickup Window. The Advance Ticket Windows are also available during and after each home game to purchase tickets for future Missouri State games.
