Dear Prospective Student-Athlete,
On behalf of the Athletics Department at Missouri State University, I thank you for your interest and welcome you to the excitement of Bears Athletics! As a prospective student-athlete, you have certain responsibilities to attend to before you may join the MSU family and become a bear.Thank you and Go Bears!
If you are interested in participating as a Missouri State Bear or Lady Bear, please check with your high school advisor or the NCAA Clearinghouse to find out the steps it takes to participate in collegiate athletics. Work with your high school counselor or college admissions office to find which college is right for you.
At MSU, our coaches and staff work diligently to provide our student-athletes with the best competitive advantages to succeed both athletically and academically. Our University provides a challenging curriculum to help students prepare for life after college.
