A total of 19 current and former Missouri State student-athletes will receive their undergraduate degrees on Friday, Dec. 18 during graduation ceremonies at JQH Arena on the Springfield campus.
Six of coach Terry Allen's 10 football seniors on the 2009 squad will walk across the stage Friday, along with two former grid Bears. The women's swimming and diving program has three graduates, and the field hockey squad has two in this year's class.
Nine of the student-athletes have received academic all-conference laurels at one point during their respective careers, while Ryan Jehle (men's basketball) and Stacey MacDonald (women's swimming and diving) will continue their athletic careers while pursuing post-graduate degrees at Missouri State.
