Missouri State University is proud to announce the arrival of Bears Live for the 2009-10 season.  Bears Live is a subscription-based package that allows Bears fans to watch select live and on-demand sporting events.  This season’s streaming schedule will include most home Bears football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball games.  Starting with the September 12 football game against Tennessee-Martin, Bears Live will give Bears fans video content all season long on their computer.

Fans can go to www.missouristatebears.com and sign up for a subscription today.  Packages allow the fan to watch any streamed game live or to watch it later in the Bears Live On-Demand feature.  Bears Live can be purchased on an annual or a monthly subscription plan.

What is Bears Live?

Which games will be streamed?

A list of all events that are streamed through missouristatebears.com, can be accessed by viewing the Streaming schedule.  All schedules are subject to change.

Will other sports be streamed?

The first phase of Bears Live will include football, men’s basketball, and women’s basketball.  The development of the second phase of the Bears Live initiative will begin in the coming months to identify other MSU sports and events to include as part of the subscription service.  Announcements regarding additional events will be posted, when available, on www.missouristatebears.com.

What if I miss a live game?

All home Missouri State sporting events that are streamed this season through the subscription package will also be available through its On-Demand feature.  If you miss a live game you can watch it later at your convenience.

Do I have to have any special software to watch Bears Live?

Bears Live requires an internet connection.  For best results, you should have a connection speed of 300 kbps or higher.  Also, Bears Live is best viewed using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.  In addition, Macromedia Flash version 6.0 is needed for the best results.  For more information, click HERE.

How much is Bears Live?

There are two subscription packages available with Bears Live.  The annual subscription costs $59.95 which includes every event streamed this school year.  The other option is a monthly subscription which costs $10.95 for 30 days, which will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW if not canceled.  Select games will be offered on a pay-per-view subscription for $6.95.
