Lady Bear Basketball Breakfasts

Coach Milleson and her staff will host bi-weekly breakfasts at Golden Corral (2020 E. Primrose) during the regular season. The cost of the buffet-style breakfast is $7.50 per person and the public is invited to attend. Breakfasts are scheduled for 7 a.m. on Nov. 4, Nov. 18, Dec. 9, Jan. 6, Jan. 20, Feb. 10 and Feb. 24.

 

Nyla Milleson Radio Show

Rob Evans will host "The Nyla Milleson Radio Show," a one-hour live call-in program which will air weekly during the regular season primarily on Jock 98.7 FM. The complete schedule is as follows:

Nyla Milleson TV Show
With the exceptions of December 22 and 29, the television version of "The Nyla Milleson Show" will air on Mediacom Connections Channel 14 in Springfield each Monday evening during the season at 9 p.m., beginning December 1.

MVC Coaches Teleconference

Three times during the conference season the MVC will conduct teleconferences featuring the league’s 10 head coaches. Media personnel wishing to participate may call (913) 312-6696. The teleconference dates are Jan. 6, Feb. 3 and March 10, with coaches taking questions according to the schedule listed below.

Valley launches State Farm MVC Tournament website
The Missouri Valley Conference, in conjunction with St. Louis based The Miller Group, has launched a tournament-specific website for the 2009 State Farm MVC Women's Basketball Championship, being held March 12-15 at The Family Arena in St. Charles, Mo.

The site is a one-stop spot for all things regarding the championship, including, but not limited to, ticket information, local attractions and hotel information as well as the latest news surrounding the neutral site event.
