RUSS KAMINSKY
Football, Basketball and Golf, 1939-42
Inducted October 18, 1975

Russ Kaminsky played football at Missouri State in 1939, 1940, and 1941, and was a star end through the midst of the school's all-time record 18-game winning streak in those years. He gained all-conference recognition all three seasons and missed Little All-American first team recognition by half a vote after the Bears' unbeaten 1940 season. During his senior year, he caught 27 passes for 313 yards; gained 82 yards rushing on the Bears' end-around play; threw one touchdown pass; and did some of the team's punting. He was also a member of the Missouri State basketball team his last two years and played on the golf team as a senior.
