Jack Russell
Football - Basketball 1936-39
Jack Russell was a two-year letterman as a football tackle for Missouri State in 1936 and 1937 and the Chilhowee native collected three MSU basketball letters from 1937 to 1939 as the Bears' center. He played for Coach Andy McDonald in both sports. Russell played for three straight winning teams for the basketball Bears, including a 15-4 club his senior year.
